Service Policy and Rates

Henderson Technologies Inc. will do the following  

1. Diagnose the item brought in for repair, and if economical and feasible, and upon consent of the customer, repair the item.
 
2. If the item is deemed by our technician to be not economical or feasible to repair and the customer wishes to submit a claim for damage to their insurance company, we will prepare paperwork for the customer's insurance company stating the cause of the damage, the nature of the damage, fees incurred, and give a written quote for replacement of comparable model. 
 
3. A diagnostic fee is due when the item is brought in for repair.  If the item is repairable, the entire diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair.  Items may not be left at Henderson Electronics without first paying for the diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if the item is irreparable.

4. An insurance preparation fee is charged for all repair items which were not repairable and for which an insurance claim is being submitted by the customer.  This fee is due when the paperwork is prepared. All Henderson Electronics charges will be stated on the insurance preparation paperwork, so that the customer will be reimbursed by their insurance company for all charges associated with their claim. And remember, your insurance fee is optional!

5. When an item is repaired, the customer will be telephoned and informed of the repair. All items repaired must be picked up within 30 days of the invoice date of repair. Any items not picked up within 30 days of the invoice date may be sold to recover the cost of the repair.
